About the job
In this role, you will have the opportunity to accelerate value from our social media channels, with a focus on video-based content and activation of website content in social media. The new role is part of a new organizational setup to lead a transformational change in our website experience, turning it into a coherent, engaging, and inspiring platform.
You will be expected to develop, implement, and manage our social media tactics to enhance our online presence and improve marketing, sales, and brand storytelling efforts. Your focus would be on creating compelling narratives that resonate with a diverse range of audiences, including customers, talents, investors, media, partners, suppliers, etc.
We are seeking a creative visual communicator with a strong technical understanding and a structured working style. As a part of the newly formed central team, you will:

Align social media strategies with website content and performance goals.


Guide and support global and local communicators to create, adapt, and activate content for social media.


Drive consistent and professional responsiveness on inbound engagement across our owned social channels.


Enable our experts to engage and connect with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.


Develop and implement routines, processes, and training that ensure content governance and lifecycle management for key content.


Leverage data-driven analytics to drive effective communications in support of our business objectives, measuring the success of social media efforts, and preparing regular reports for the team and stakeholders.


Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies, with a special focus on those that are most relevant in the B2B landscape.


Use a wide range of social media tools to leverage our social media presence.


Manage social listening to support both reactive and proactive communications across various digital channels.

Who are you?

You have proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in a global B2B context.


You have experience and passion for video-based storytelling in social media.


You can demonstrate excellent knowledge of social media best practices and standards.


You have demonstrated self-leadership abilities, with an aptitude for educating and inspiring others.


You have a deep understanding of social media metrics and KPIs and how they are relevant to business objectives, but also an understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and familiarity with web design and publishing.


You are passionate about joining an enterprise that is enabling sustainability transformations at a global scale.


You have strong project management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritize activities.


You have an omnichannel approach and you are familiar with how the web and social media interact and drive engagement.


You have knowledge of the latest developments, best practices, and people’s preferences within the communication and media field.


You can challenge existing ideas as well as stimulate and evaluate new ones.

About the job
We are looking for an Order Engineer to support our Project execution teams in successful delivery of projects all over the world. In this role you will work closely with factories, Project Managers, Quality department, Supply Chain and other relevant functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their Engineering career or a person with proven work experience in this space. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and reports to the Team Manager, Back Office Project Order GPHE.
As Order Engineer, you will work in an international environment, playing a crucial role in securing the best experience for all customers. You will be part of project teams’ operating mainly from Lund but also supporting our global situated factories and will work with experienced people communicating directly with central functions.
Once the ordered is approved for Procurement, you will participate by creating customer needed documents, using data from our ERP (currently Jeeves, migrating to Microsoft Dynamics D365) working across teams such as the quality department, coordinating with design department to ensure correct parts are ordered, and ensuring right time schedule.
You will have
A keen interest on how to work with projects maintain good organization and documentation
Comfort level to interact with external customers to secure exchange of documentation including accessing customer portals
Ability to learn our document handling systems to secure high quality of project execution
Strong collaboration skills used to partner with Project Managers in creating and updating documents for our ongoing projects
Strong communication skills and ability to provide progress reports on project status



Who you are
As a person you are curious, organized, analytical, service minded and customer focused, with a genuine interest in engineering. You are a good communicator who knows how to work across different functions and building network required to complete work tasks. You are structured, however adaptable to change. Furthermore, you are flexible to keep right balance working independently and being part of the team.
What you know
You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
Or relevant work experience
Swedish intermediate language skills and fluent in written and verbal English
Accustomed to working with many projects and activities at the same time
Experienced user of Microsoft O365 and complex structures in Excel such as Charts and ability to create documents
Experience from working in ERP systems is beneficial
