Job summary

We believe you have
A University Degree in Marketing; additional quali?cations and competencies related to Digital Marketing, Retail, Branding and Design thinking will be considered a strong plus
Previous experience in B2C Marketing, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies will be considered a strong plus
Customer centricity is a must
A real interest in consumer behavior, trends and foresight, which you proactively promote to customers to help identify the right solutions within our portfolio
Ability to prioritize and adapt. You like to be exposed to new challenges and enjoy the possibility to solve them
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing or sales

The role & team
Axis is now hiring a new Global Partner Program Manager within Corporate Marketing. As Partner Program Manager, you will play an important role in the continuous improvement of partner collaboration, growth and marketing success.

Join us in this exciting challenge where you will plan, execute and follow through on program framework and initiatives to support our technical partners. You will liaise with both external and internal customers, and leverage both sales and marketing tactics to develop our technical partner programs on a global scale.

As Axis is a global company, you will need to work closely with our business regions, coordinating and supporting them in their local execution, acting as an expert in your field and support in how to most effectively communicate, support and grow with our partners.

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team who works in virtual teams in many parts of the Axis global organization. Of course you will also be able to draw on Axis commercial, marketing and technical experts in other departments.

This position includes 15-20 days travelling per year. 

What You’ll Do Here…
You will be responsible for some of our important partner programs on a global level. The key tasks will be to:

Strategize, implement, and maintain our technical partner programs in support of global organizational objectives.
Build an understanding of the target groups and industries and create valuable initiatives, recommendations and content for internal and external use.
Develop the program framework and member benefits in partnership with regional sales reps, regional program managers and others.
Develop the global program network among colleagues worldwide by hosting relevant meetings, providing support for regional business strategies, offer guidelines and best practice sharing between regions.
What We Are Looking For…
A strategic thinker, who develops effective strategies for how to achieve organizational goals and feel personally invested in helping the team succeed.

An enthusiastic, open-minded and sociable person with leadership skills, with experience from technical consultancy or engineering.
Able to own multiple global projects from start to finish and works collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve goals.
Able to prioritize work independently to ensure it is completed on time, on brand and aligns with overall strategy.
We believe you have a higher-level education in business, marketing or related subject. Experience from program management or from developing global program strategies, technical target group/trend analyses and execution plans is desirable.
