Enterprise and Partner Solutions is now looking for a new Engineering Manager, maybe that's you?

Who is your future team?
You will lead a diverse team of engineers developing key parts of Axis's device management offering.

Your team's mission is to ensure that Axis provides the best possible tools for working with our devices throughout their entire lifecycle. You will collaborate with several other line managers, product managers and teams to build a complete suite of tools that enable our customers and partners to work efficiently, from the design phase to the decommissioning of Axis products.

Concretely, you will be responsible for:

* Axis Device Assistant (ADA) helps customers and partners easily set up Axis devices and prepare them for use in their systems. It streamlines the initial setup by enabling quick discovery and configuration. Ensuring they are ready to deliver value from day one. With ADA, users save time, reduce errors, and maintain a consistent and secure setup across all their devices.
* Axis Device Manager (ADM) helps customers and partners efficiently manage large installations of Axis devices across multiple sites. It provides an overview of all connected devices, making it easy to monitor their health, apply updates, and ensure that everything is running smoothly. With ADM, organizations save time, strengthen security, and maintain control of their systems throughout the entire lifecycle - from deployment to daily operation and beyond.

For ADA, you and your team will work closely with many parts of the Axis organization that develop features and configurations in Axis OS, our operating system running on all Axis devices.

ADM is used by the majority of our large enterprise customers and is currently undergoing a major refresh to meet the future needs of advanced IT departments. In your role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and maintain ongoing contact with key customers.

You will be part of a management team with an agile mindset, embracing DevOps principles and the lean start-up way of working. We have a constant desire to evolve and create tomorrow's solutions, always in close dialogue with our customers.

What will you do - and who are you?
As Engineering Manager for Device Management, you will be responsible for developing a key part of Axis's device management offering. You and your team will own the complete lifecycle of your products, which brings both freedom and responsibility in how you lead and deliver results.

To be successful in this role, you are a leader with a strong interest in software development and modern development methodologies.

* Have previous experience in application and front-end development
* Have previous experience and knowledge about modern SW development and DevOps methods.

We are looking for a Package Development Engineer for a global company in Lund.
Start is in September 2025, 12 month's (1 year) contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

In this role you will be part of a cross-functional scrum team and have the following responsibilities:
Support the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to package
Define V&V strategy related to package area and execute it.
Write test specifications, perform tests, analyze and draw conclusions on package performance & functionality data and document in reports.
Align test strategy and test conclusions with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate & execute package activities according to existing procedures, standards and methods
Drive root cause investigations on package performance and functionality
Drive risk assessment for package
Develop & Implement new procedures, test & validation methods


Required skills:
Experience from the Packaging industry
You have an academic degree in engineering, preferable Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product development or equivalent.
You have good communication skills in English both in written and verbal. You have networking skills and understand how to manage stakeholders.
Analytical skills, structured and process oriented. Can manage complexity and ambiguity.
Basic knowledge in statistics
You are a team player, but can also take own initiatives and drive activities
Knowledge about scrum and agile way of working
Well acquainted and self-sufficient in Physical Testing
Product development process knowledge incl e.g. risk assessment and requirements management
CAD
Knowledge about test methods in primary & secondary package area

Inom Institutionen för Bygg- och miljöteknologi finns flera avdelningar som har en omfattande experimentell verksamhet.

Att genomföra försök i forskning och undervisning är en viktig del av verksamheten och försök genomförs i varierande skala och med olika förutsättningar. Även försök åt företag förekommer, då oftast inom utvecklings- och innovationsområdet. Försöken återspeglar ofta förhållandena på en byggarbetsplats, vilket gör att arbetet kan vara fysiskt krävande.

Inom V-huset på LTH finns flertalet laboratorier kopplade till olika avdelningar och forskargrupper som samarbetar under paraplyet Samhällsbyggnadslaboratoriet. Genom experimentella undersökningar studeras byggnadskonstruktioners och installationers verkningssätt och prestanda avseende laster, brandpåverkan, klimatpåverkan (regn, fukt- och temperaturvariationer) samt brukares beteende. Mätdata samlas in för att utgöra underlag för analyser och bedömningar. Samverkan sker med andra forskningslabb inom Lunds tekniska högskola och Lunds universitet. Utöver internt samarbete är tanken även att tillgängliggöra den utrustning och kompetens som finns för externa aktörer som företag och organisationer.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Arbetsuppgifterna är i första hand kopplade till experimentell verksamhet i forskningsprojekt samt grund- och forskarutbildning. I viss omfattning kan även uppdrag från företag förekomma och du förväntas aktivt bidra till att generera den här typen av uppdrag.

Arbetet innebär i vissa fall att arbetet genomförs självständigt, i andra fall i mycket nära samverkan med forskare eller annan personal. Du förväntas ha förmåga att självständigt genomföra standardiserade experiment men även att utveckla och genomföra kreativa icke-standardiserade provningar i samarbete med forskare. Du kommer att, tillsammans med lärare, planera och genomföra laborationer i grund- och forskarutbildningskurser. Viss administrativ tjänstgöring tillkommer.

I arbetet ingår:

- Planering av provningar och mätningar i labb och i fält
- Uppbyggnad av provuppställningar och tillverkning av provkroppar
- Montering av givare och dataloggningsutrustning
- Genomförande av provningar och mätningar samt tillhörande behandling av mätdata, inklusive avveckling och iordningställande av material och utrustning
- Ansvar för underhåll, service och kalibrering av utrustning inklusive upprustning och inköp av teknisk utrustning
- Hålla sig uppdaterad med mätteknisk utveckling
- Planering och genomförande av laborativa moment inom grund- och forskarutbildningen
- Bistå i arbetet för en god och säker arbetsmiljö
- Heta arbeten
- Hantera material och utrustning med motviktstruck och travers
- Administrativa arbetsuppgifter

Kvalifikationer

Krav för anställningen är:  

- Utbildning med teknisk inriktning till exempel byggtekniskt eller tekniskt gymnasium, påbyggnadsutbildning inom teknik (högskoleingenjör), Yrkeshögskola eller lärarutbildning.
- Erfarenhet helst från flera av följande områden: praktisk byggverksamhet, mätteknik, mekanisk konstruktion, elektronikkonstruktion, styr- och reglerteknik, materialteknik, projektering av byggnader eller installationer, utredning av skador i byggnader, undervisning i naturvetenskapliga eller tekniska ämnen.
- God förmåga att kommunicera i svenska i både tal och skrift.
- Förmåga att kommunicera på engelska
- God datorvana och erfarenhet av MS Office eller motsvarande.
- Körkort med B-behörighet.

Anställningen är tillsvidare med omfattningen 100 % med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Tjänsten är placerad på avdelningen för Konstruktionsteknik med huvudsakligt arbete åt avdelningarna Konstruktionsteknik och Brandteknik.

Provanställning, 6 månader, kan komma att tillämpas.

We are now looking for an Early Management Master Pillar Leader who will be responsible for driving continuous evolution of the Early Management approach across the industrial base and global engineering. You will be part of a global team on a mission to drive zero losses through consistent and systematic application of World Class Manufacturing approach.
The role is based in Lund and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain function, reporting to the WCM & Quality Director Supply Chain.
What you will do
You will take the leadership of EM Master Pillar to drive zero loss ambition, loss intelligence and ownership of the methodology and tools. You will work with other WCM Master Pillars, the factories/regions and with the central project/engineering teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of equipment and products.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the global EM Master Pillar network
Deploy global losses related to development and implementation processes and drive improvements
Participate in projects maturity evaluation to support tollgate decisions in governance forums
Define and follow up Vertical Startup standards and achievement
Perform WCM audits as independent auditor
Drive creation and follow up of EM systems
Deliver trainings of EM methodologies and tools
Drive good practice sharing across the factories
Lead/participate in global projects and programs

We believe you have
You have a projects/maintenance background with at least 5-7 years of working experience in factory operations. You are knowledgeable and skilled in EM Pillar methodology application and have a strong understanding of WCM, preferably having lead the EM Pillar. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.
