We are now looking for an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager within the "Value Stream PSE, Projects and Tools". You will be playing a key role in contributing to Tetra Pak's strategic ambitions in the projects and equipment business by managing a cross-functional project in the area of PDM/PLM (Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management) systems with interfaces to SAP.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, including its sub-streams, in accordance with the set objectives. The work environment will operate cross processes, cross functions, cross organisations and with a substantial portion of change management. The result often targets changes for people, processes, tools and organisations, and you will work with a worldwide network.
The position is permanent, and the preferred location is to be based in Lund, Sweden, but it can be flexible for a suitable candidate outside of Sweden and may include international travelling (10-20%).
What you will do
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects and have the overall responsibility for your project/-s with scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives. You will also prepare, align with key stakeholders and present the project for review and decision in the project governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the projects.

We believe you have
A bachelor's degree or higher within Engineering, Food technology or equivalent
Experience in working within engineering, product development and product life cycle management (PLM) and relevant processes within food and beverage industry.
A well-established understanding of opportunities and solutions in a digitalized set up of engineering platforms and tools.
Experience in managing a team and driving change in a complex stakeholder environment.
Analytical and structured and an excellent team builder.
Excellent communication skills and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations.
Running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or hybrid.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Proven work experience in Business Project Management is a must.
Project Management certification from PMI is a must.

What you will do:

We believe you have:
Technical Bachelors or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 years of experience as a Mechanical engineer in the field
A background within food industry, industrial automation, processing technologies, packaging or similar is considered a merit

Job Summary
Development & Technology IBE (Industrial Base Engineering) is developing and implementing standardised manufacturing equipment and processes for our converting factories, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive and sustainable packaging solutions now and for the future. Our CAPEX implementation team supports converting factories all over the world with installation projects aiming for increased output, quality and efficiency. We are now looking for a Project Manager to be part of our team.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. The position could involve international travel to our converting factories and suppliers.
What you will do
As Implementation Project Manager you will lead global cross functional project teams. You will?act?in an international environment?in a wide network?of people?from different levels within Tetra Pak, as well as suppliers.
You will belong to a team with experienced project managers, as well as site coordinators leading the installation and commissioning on site. We stay true to our leadership behaviors dynamic, productive and capable, are curios and open minded to continuously improve our way of working.
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for delivering the required project outcome, and for managing the project controls time, cost, and quality.

Manage projects to deliver, install and commission new converting equipment and upgrades in Tetra Pak converting factories all over the world
Build high performing teams, to ensure project goals, as well as minimizing production stop and other losses.
Drive project management activities such as planning, keeping track on budget, stakeholder management and risk management
Report and analyse project data, to proactively take actions and ensure project goals
Identify opportunities and drive improvements of our CAPEX implementation process and governance, as well as way of working with factories and development teams
We believe you have
Solid project management experience from complex implementation projects, preferably from process, packaging or food industry in a global organisation
Relevant University degree within Finance and Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and planning skills
PMI PMP certification is a plus
Experience from TPM Early management is a plus
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required

Kvalifikationer:

Processing Solutions & Equipment in Tetra Pak provides complete solutions for processing and packaging equipment for food and beverage production to 10,000 customers all over the world. What you will do
As Strategic Deployment Project Manager, you will drive related activities to the project you’ll have assigned starting from overall Single-Use Plastic program (Tethered Cap) but also in preparing the various strategic deployment operations that will be planned to drive the ambitious sustainability programs of Tetra Pak starting from future compliance to EU PPWR . You will have the overall responsible for planning, execution and delivery of these projects on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet project scope, objectives and business requirements. You will focus on:
Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements.
Develop, execute, manage and communicate the integrated project plan, coordinating the sharing of resources for your projects.
Responsible of creation and constantly updated L2 customer deployment plan
Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools
Maintains the support and engagement of very diverse stakeholder groups including risk management and mitigations.
Deliver effective support to Key Account Team preparing Capital Equipment conversion deck complete of all financial and time implication. Be ready to actively support Key Account Teams in direct customer engagement activity and visit at customer’s site.
Create and drive the procurement plan to ensure the supplier selection and management fulfil, project objectives, involving all relevant operations


We believe you have
University degree in Engineering, environmental Technology or equivalent (PMP certification is considered a merit)
At least 5-8 years working experience as a project manager and/or product manager from the food industry
Good knowledge of Tetra Pak’s filling machine portfolio.
Experience with Agile Methodologies is seen as a merit.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required

What you will do
As Implementation Project Manager you will lead global cross functional project teams. You will?act?in an international environment?in a wide network?of people?from different levels within Tetra Pak, as well as suppliers.

Manage projects to deliver, install and commission new converting equipment and upgrades in Tetra Pak converting factories all over the world
Build high performing teams, to ensure project goals, as well as minimizing production stop and other losses
Drive project management activities such as planning, keeping track on budget, stakeholder management and risk management
Report and analyse project data, to proactively take actions and ensure project goals
Drive improvements of our CAPEX implementation process and governance, as well as way of working with factories and development teams

We believe you have
Solid project management experience from complex implementation projects, preferably in a global organization

Relevant University degree within Finance and Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and planning skills
Experience from process, packaging or food industry is a plus

Job Summary
Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment (OFCE) process is there to ensure we are able to deliver on the Equipment Supply Chain objectives on best-in-class customer experience, shortened delivery times, secure project margins and obtain cost savings. Job Summary
We are looking for a new technical project leader within the North Europe Project Centre. You will work in a dynamic environment supporting for large (>20MEur) and/or high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross functional engineering teams.
Project Centre North Europe is having a very healthy backlog of orders in the pipeline and is continuing growing at fast pace. The Project Management & implementation office is responsible for securing that customer projects are delivered on time, at budgeted costs, with quality with outstanding customer satisfaction.
As a Technical Project Leader, you will be our technical integrator that will drive and follow up the coordination of engineering activities within all technical teams act as the technical support to the project manager and keep an overall technical picture of the project and.
You will also drive all technical discussions with customer and sub-contractors within our customer’s projects throughout North Europe.
This is a permanent position based in Lund or any other location within the North Europe Project Centre. You will report directly to Manager Project Management & Implementation for Project Centre North Europe Travels are up to 50 % of your time on yearly basis.
What you will do
As our Technical Project Manager, you will:
Coordinate time schedules within the “engineering team”, Business Units, Sub Suppliers and discuss and adapt these time schedules to the contractual project time schedule.
Evaluate impact of changes in the scope, design changes or variation orders.
Interfaces between client, Tetra Pak units and suppliers.
Exchange technical information between customer and Tetra Pak.
Arrange Design Reviews (DR) in own project and perform DR in other projects
Initiate that documented project meetings are held regularly.
Ensure that required and relevant technical information is always available to the project leaders.
Participate in implementation strategy for the engineering part in the pre-project.

Our mission within Processing Solutions & Equipment is to manage commercial projects for Capital Equipment from pre-project to handover, securing competitive production solutions, deliveries on time, on budget, in full and with customer satisfaction.
We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our successful team within Planning and Operations, responsible to lead and manage project execution with full accountability for the project results. Planning and Operations is working closely together with the 17 Project Centers around the world to provide world-class project capabilities, support growth and balancing resource needs globally.
You will work in a dynamic environment driving large (>20MEur) and complex commercial projects to our customers with cross functional engineering teams.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. Other European locations could be considered. It will require 30-40% travelling, depending on location of the projects.
What you will do
Be overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project results.
Secure project scope, risks, objectives and deliverables according to project agreement and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget and with agreed quality.
Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools (OFCE, project governance, risk management, etc.).
Manage stakeholders on all levels from low to senior level management, both internally and externally. Manage customer and their expectations.
Build effective high-performance project team, manage delegation, motivation and coordination. Coach project team and other project managers to secure competence transfer and development.
Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools.
Execute according to Tetra Pak strategy and its elements.

We believe you have
A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering or Project management fields.
PMP or PgMP Certification (PMI, preferred) or Certificate level B or A (IPMA).
5-8 years or more of work experience within commercial projects. Experience with food industry and installation (CAPEX) projects are an asset.
A good level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business and customers’ needs.
Fluency in English is required.
You are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent in your work.
You demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills, technical and commercial negotiation skills, change management skills and capability to manoeuvre through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively.

You are, at heart, a project manager that feel excited in navigating and steering large customer projects in a global setting. Job Summary
The Flex zone EMEA is an Engineering Office within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment. We sell, engineer and deliver projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We work in close cooperation with the local markets, a typical project will be a Dairy or a Cheese factory.

What you will do

As part of the Lead to Cash value stream we are looking for a Product Manager Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics. Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics area involves at least Master Data Management, Host Management, Global standards, KPI design, Sales Management Dashboard, SPM, Sales DW, Market intel.
In this role you will define, govern and own the vision and road map for the Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics domain in the value stream Lead to Cash that meet customer needs and which includes at least the following responsibilities:

• Planera och genomföra projekten enligt Element Logics processer.

Har du tidigare erfarenhet från konsultyrket och är certifierad inom projektledning (t.ex. PMI eller IPMA) eller arbetat enligt agila metoder såsom SCRUM så är det meriterande. Då uppdragen ofta genomförs på plats hos svenska och internationella kunder i nära samarbete med andra, krävs god kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska.

Teknisk projektledare

Arbetsbeskrivning

Varje dag dör fyra personer i Sverige till följd av vårdrelaterade infektioner. Avidicare har en nollvision med ett unikt ventilationssystem för infektionskänslig kirurgi. Som teknisk projektledare kommer ditt huvudfokus vara att säkerställa att våra projekt levereras i tid och till rätt kvalitet. Projekten som du tar över från våra säljare innebär att installera vårt ventilationssystem, Opragon, till våra kunder som främst finns i Nordeuropa men också i USA och troligtvis snart i Asien. Arbetet innebär också att kunna ge säljstöd till säljare innan vunnen affär. Rollen är varierande då projekten alltid skiljer sig åt. Alla operationssalar och projektteam är olika och du behöver därmed kunna anpassa din kommunikation efter behovet hos det unika teamet.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du trivas med flexibla ramar och frihet under ansvar. Vi är ett mindre bolag vilket ställer krav på att du är flexibel, självgående och initiativtagande. Ibland kommer du till exempel behöva arbeta sent mot USA. Antal inkommande projekt kan variera och när det är lite lugnare är det viktigt att vara proaktiv och att du tar initiativ. Likaså att vara självmotiverad och självständig är av vikt då det kan komma dagar, och ibland veckor, utan att du träffar dina kollegor eller din chef. Du måste också vara okej med att ibland vara den enda som arbetar från kontoret. Vi har dock kontor på Medicon Village så det finns alltid intressanta och kunniga människor att prata med och lära känna.

I arbetet ingår också att göra mätningar på sal under pågående operation vilket kräver smidighet och noggrannhet. Med tiden, då vi har tänkt att expandera, kommer detta inte längre vara del av ditt ansvarsområde men det blir en viktig del av arbetet åtminstone det första året.

Tjänsten innebär en del resande, ca 20-40 resdagar om året.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har goda kunskaper inom ventilation. Vi ser gärna att du har en relevant examen med inriktning inom väg & vatten, maskinteknik eller likvärdigt. Vi tror att du har 5 års relevant erfarenhet, gärna mer. Du har drivit projekt/delprojekt och varit del av en projektorganisation. Vet du hur projekt går till inom ventilation/bygg är det starkt meriterande.

Vi lägger stor viktigt vid personlig lämplighet. Du har ett personligt engagemang och en god förmåga att effektivt driva ditt arbete och dina projekt framåt. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation och du drivs av att nå resultat och jobbar uthålligt för att uppnå dina mål.

Majoriteten av våra kunder kommunicerar på engelska och alla våra dokument är på engelska. Det är därför ett krav att du hanterar engelska obehindrat både i tal och skrift. Goda kunskaper i svenska är meriterande.
