Gedigen erfarenhet inom riskhantering (risk management), t ex ISO 14971, systemsäkerhet, funktionell säkerhet, ILS/H SYSTSÄK 2022, MIL-STD-882E
Erfarenhet av att leda och genomföra avancerade riskanalyser (t ex FMEA, HAZOP, FDA)
Erfarenhet inom kravställning (requirements management) och spårbarhet mellan krav, risker och verifiering
Erfarenhet av att jobba i och utveckla kvalitetsledningssystem inom en reglerad verksamhet
Erfarenhet av att jobba med standarder och regelverk

The European Spallation Source is one of the largest science and technology infrastructure projects being built today. About the role:

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Entry-level Risk Engineer to join our Project Directorate.

The Project Directorate consists of several teams with diverse experience and expertise, working together towards the achievement of the Project Directorate’s strategic goals. Our commitment to effectively integrate work across subprojects includes monitoring, communicating, and reporting on progress while managing project changes in terms of schedule, cost and performance. 

As our Risk Engineer you will be responsible for the management and coordination of project processes while directly reporting to Project Management.

You will be entrusted with the ownership of the Project Risk Register and will facilitate opportunity and threat workshops in accordance with our established monthly reporting framework. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Project Risk Register is maintained to the highest standards, with all entries kept current and detailed, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative aspects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the identification of all mitigation measures, ensuring that related actions are actively managed throughout their entire lifecycle.

In this capacity, you will work in close collaboration with our specialized Risk Management consultancy under the guidance of the Head of Project Management. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire the necessary skills and experience to progress towards a Risk Manager role in the future.

This is a full-time, 3-year fixed-term position based at the ESS Campus in Lund, Sweden.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Supplier Risk Management Specialist to join our Supplier Management Process Excellence, Risk & Compliance team. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders and the Supplier Management organization to foster a risk-aware culture and secure a compliant, resilient, and robust supplier base.
You will be a key player in the continued development of an efficient risk and control framework in Supplier Management, improving the process of risk identification and assessment, and securing maximum use of selected tools and other resources.
You will be part of a global team of different highly skilled professionals who all apply their expertise to enhance efficiency, simplify and improve ways of working for Supplier Management. You will be expected to lead and drive activities independently, while not shying away from routine tasks and hands-on involvement.
This is a permanent position located in Modena, Italy or Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Secure awareness of relevant risks, policies, and governance processes by identifying gaps and training needs.
Collaborate with corporate policy owners to determine how to manage risks related to supplier management and adopt a risk-based approach.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, challenging existing risk management practices when necessary.
Be the point of contact for applicable tools, including financial screening and Sphera Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). Ensure adoption, arrange training, and provide support documentation.
Drive annual risk assessment cycle and regular operational risk management reporting.
Lead and manage the annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA) cycle in Supplier Management.
Facilitate the Forum of Expertise, where risk management business experts share insights on ongoing projects, best practices, continuous improvement initiatives and training needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact Tetra Pak and/or our suppliers.

We believe you have
A university degree within a relevant area.
Practical background in Supplier Management and/or Risk Management.
General understanding of risk management principles and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of risk topics from either an expert or supplier management perspective, such as Business Continuity, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), etc.
Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) tools, such as Sphera SCRM, Resilinc or Everstream is an advantage.
Excellent communication and networking skills.

About the role:

Risk forms part of the Project Control organisation:

As our Risk Engineer you will be apart of a solid team of planners, cost controllers and change controllers. You will support the project management team and work broadly across the organisation with different parts of ESS. You will be responsible and accountable to the Project Control Manager for the management and co-ordination of the risk management processes. You will own the quality of the Project risk Register and ensuring entries are up to date with appropriate detail. Further you are responsible for that all risks have been carefully evaluated in both qualitative and quantitative apsects and that all mitigation measures are identified and actions are kept live throughout their lifecycle. You will ensure pre and post-mitigation scores are added and validated and that risk mitigation actions are identified. You will facilitate opportunity and threat workshops in accordance with the monthly reporting cycle. Furthermore you will support the risk identification aspects of the insurance coverage and you will support the review and management of the project contingency allowance.   

About you:

We are looking for someone with several years' of experience in risk management experience in working in a complex, both technical and organisational, international project environment as well as having some knowledge and experience in working with the project, program and portfolio management tool Primavera P6. Further knowledge from the ARM Risk association as well as experience in managing major projects would be a real advantage.

Supplier Management is responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing suppliers globally. We are on a transformation journey to create a World Class function supporting Tetra Pak’s business and growth ambitions. Within this organisation, Process Excellence & Compliance supports SuM and BM categories with efficient and effective processes and tools, as well as by securing a resilient and compliant supplier base.
We are now looking for a Manager Risk and Sustainability to join the Process Excellence & Compliance team and lead strategic initiatives to secure a sustainable and resilient supplier base.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, but other Tetra Pak locations are possible. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
You will be responsible for and manage a team working on Sustainability for FSM Supplier Management, Responsible Sourcing and Risk Management. You will drive the development of our vision and roadmap in these areas as well as leading the operational work required to achieve our objectives.
You would drive Risk Management and related processes such CSA and Management Declarations for both FSM Base Materials and FSM Supplier Management organizations.
The expected deliverable from this function is to develop and implement a simplified approach on risk management, to secure focus on high-risk areas, to secure sustainable supply as well as to create the sustainability framework and support categories in implementation. Given the size of the supplier base, it is a must to continuously develop smart and risk-based ways of working and to drive automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Leading our SuM Sustainability journey and developing category specific sustainability roadmaps

Who you are?

About the role:

As our next Integrator Engineer for Safety Critical Control Systems you will:


• Be the main contact person for questions/issues related to the Accelerator, Target and Bunker Personnel Safety Systems.
• Capture requirements, needs and plans related to system life cycle management (including aspects for operation and maintenance and upgrades).
• Drive and coordinate development activities throughout all design phases with allocated resources, relevant stakeholders and report progress to Project Manager.
• Drive and resolve technical issues throughout all design phases and during operation phases with a standardized approach approved by Technical Lead.
• Drive and coordinate the development of the documentation for the related Personnel Safety System.
• Lead the activities for seamless integration of designated PSS into interfacing systems and parent system operation.
• Plan and coordinate tests and verifications for designated PSS.
• Support project during test phase and hand-over to Commissioning Package Leader.

About you:

First and foremost, we need someone who is suitably qualified and experienced. You need to hold a Master or Bachelor in Engineering, or other relevant experience. Above and beyond this, we really need a candidate with strong experience in electrical control systems design, sound knowledge of PLC programming and automation, prior experience in working with complex systems and within a multicultural environment, hands-on experience with designing, integrating, analyzing, and/or optimizing the performance of critical systems, experience in the field of developing and evaluating dependable architectures and designs for critical and complex systems, prior experience with technology evaluation. Ability to provide new and innovative technological solutions for complex problems, solid experience with requirements solicitation and verification. Previous experience of working in a cross functional role would be an asset, as would prior familiarity with the International Functional Safety Standard IEC 61511.
