What you will be doing
Working as Solution Architect with us you will have technical responsibility for building the business logic of the sites and integrating e-commerce systems to search and relevance engines, product information systems, business systems, etc. At Avensia you will work with agile development methods and projects that are almost exclusively being hosted in our own offices. But your days will also include contributing to the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions. This includes pre-sales and delivery activities on selected engagements for clients and with partners within the region, so occasionally you might need to visit our clients. With us, you can also get the opportunity to work more closely with Master Data Management (MDM) projects and / or Product Information Management (PIM) projects.
More in detail, your days will be filled but not limited to:
Provide architectural and technical input for definition, estimation and delivery of projects
Responsibility for architecture oversight and technical leadership for projects during the course of implementation projects
Establish and maintain efficient communication with key stakeholders and clearly communicate process plans and provide detailed user guidelines to the customer
Facilitate analysis and lead workshops

At Avensia the Project Manager is an important key player from the initial sales meetings with our customers, through feasibility study and detail, all the way to launch. What you will be doing
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our HR-team, counting three other TAs as your colleagues, and report directly to our CPO (Chief People Officer). The HR-team is located at the Avensia HQ in Lund, but you may work from our offices in Helsingborg or Gothenburg as well.
You manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions and levels and are responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Your job is to proactively seek, attract and recruit top talent in all our areas of expertise, meaning that you will work with various positions, from Project manager to Sales executive to Frontend developer.
This is a full-time temporary position, for a minimum of 18 months and with a possible extension, to cover a maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
• In cooperation with managers, define profiles, write assignment descriptions and advertise
• Actively attract the most qualified candidates by proactively mapping the market and approach interesting candidates to promote Avensia as an employer
• Maintain professional contact with candidates during the entire recruitment process
• Hold initial interviews with candidates, in English as well as in Swedish
• Evaluate candidates’ suitability, both in relation to Avensia's business needs but also, according to the candidate's aspirations, expectations, and potential
• Handle referencing and tests
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to our employer branding and be an Avensia ambassador both externally and internally

Job description
The Solution Architect is one of the key members of the Product Information Management (PIM) Team and will be engaged in strategic complex Avensia E-commerce projects as well as strictly PIM focused projects. The role takes responsibility for leading the architectural design within different project situations throughout the project phases. You will work closely with project team members from Avensia and with our customer’s internal teams, and our alliance partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Main responsibilities
Participate in pre-sales meetings together with the sales team
Establish and maintain efficient communication with key stakeholders
Facilitate analysis and lead workshops
Provide architectural and technical input for definition, estimation and delivery of projects
Write, review, and approve technical specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements, overall company policy and architectural standards
Attain agreement with stakeholders on the scope and requirements of projects
Responsibility for architecture oversight and technical leadership for PIM during the course of implementation projects
Clearly communicate process plans and provide detailed user guidelines to the customer
Write and review code
Ensure quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards within scope and budget
Maintain architectural documentation and communicate the same to the dev lead
Demonstrate technical thought leadership
Ensure successful delivery and handover for maintenance

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect
Extensive experience working with PIM (preferably InRiver)
Experience working with PMC and/or similar cloud-based solutions
Minimum of 3 years development experience using Microsoft technologies ie. Web technologies including ASP.NET, C#
Experience working with IT System Integrations
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
