What you’ll do:
Visit Gerdahallen (Lund) regularly to check product performance and gather user feedback.
Work on detailed design improvements for our existing prototype (e.g. durability, usability, manufacturability).
Use SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling tools to refine parts and assemblies.
Apply 3D printing and hands-on prototyping to test and validate design updates quickly.
Collaborate with our team to balance user insights, technical feasibility, and product vision.

What you’ll bring:
Solid skills in 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar).
Experience with 3D printing / prototyping workflows.

About the job
We offer an interesting job opportunity within the Energy Division for you who enjoy working with key customers in a global market. You will be based in Lund and report to Head of Development for Electrolyzer and Fuel cell technologies.
As Development Engineer, you will work with development of heat exchangers and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems in an international context.
You will work mainly with thermal clean technologies in project form in very close cooperation with other Development engineers, Application specialists and Laboratory technicians. In addition, you will interact with other Development Engineers as well as key customers.
Your main responsibility area will be the design of the heat exchanger and electrolyzer/fuel cell components where design, simulation, and validation are important activities. Design is done in our 3D-CAD system, and product data is managed in our PDM system.


Key tasks:
Innovation, development, CAD-modeling, simulations, test specification and analysis, system updates, and problem-solving are typical tasks and will be part of your everyday activities.
Deeply involved in cross-functional development project teams where the product design and mechanical aspects will be your responsibility area.

About the job
We offer an interesting job opportunity within the Energy Division for you who enjoy working with key customers in a global market. You will be based in Lund and report to Head of Development for Electrolyzer and Fuel cell technologies.
As Mechanical Specialist, you will work with the development of heat exchangers and other components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems in an international context.
You will work mainly with clean technologies in project form in very close cooperation with our Development engineers, Application specialists and Laboratory technicians. In addition, you will interact with other Mechanical specialists as well as key customers.
Your primary focus will be on the structural mechanical design of the heat exchanger and other components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems. Understanding of high temperature influence will be an important ingredient in the work as well as and code interpretation for high temperature pressure vessel constructions.


Key tasks:
Early prognosis and analysis, analytical calculations, FE analysis, structural test specifications, evaluations, and problem-solving are all essential components of your daily tasks.
Code understanding for high temperature pressure vessel.
Stay up to date with relevant methodological developments, both internally and externally.
Engage as a dynamic contributor in development projects as part of a cross-functional team, with structural mechanics as your domain of expertise.


Who you are

We have an open position in our Human Factors team. The team is a part of the R&D organization that supports the Renal Care business unit. Within the team we provide Human Factors activities in all product phases, innovation initiatives, new product development and improvement programs for existing therapy systems. The team currently consists of 3 full time employees and 1 consultant in Lund and 1 full time employee in Medolla, Italy. We cooperate very closely with the Human Factors team based in USA.

Summary
In this role as a Human Factors Engineer, you will directly influence the usability and the patients/user’s perception of the Baxter products. You will contribute to the development of safe, easy to use and appealing products. Within the role as a Human Factors Engineer, you will apply human factors engineering principles to the design, development, and testing of medical products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead/support the human factors engineering work and research for medical devices and regulated healthcare products
· Actively participate in device program teams to ensure sound human factors principles are considered and implemented.
· Design and execute usability evaluations to secure safe and easy product use.
· Create and communicate project plans, tasks and deliverables and manage time to meet project deadlines. This includes reporting pertinent information at key milestones through clear, concise oral and written communications.
· Draw conclusions and make human factors recommendations based on a variety of technical inputs
· Advise on human factors topics across the organization.
· Participate in efforts to develop process and procedures that align to Baxter initiatives and relevant human factors standards.

We have an open position in our Human Factors team. The team is a part of the R&D organization that supports the Renal Care business unit. Within the team we provide Human Factors activities in all product phases, innovation initiatives, new product development and improvement programs for existing therapy systems. The team currently consists of 3 full time employees and 1 consultant in Lund and 1 full time employee in Medolla, Italy. We cooperate very closely with the Human Factors team based in USA.

Baxter is a global company with R&D sites at multiple locations in the world; competences and capabilities are spread over the different R&D sites, and you will commonly collaborate with colleagues across several of these R&D sites (ranging from Bangalore, India to Chicago, USA). Work assignments within the team are highly variable and we can promise you a work environment with exciting Human Factors challenges and variability in your day-to-day activities.

Summary
In this role as a Human Factors Engineer, you will directly influence the usability and the patients/user’s perception of the Baxter products. You will contribute to the development of safe, easy to use and appealing products. Within the role as a Human Factors Engineer, you will apply human factors engineering principles to the design, development, and testing of medical products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead/support the human factors engineering work and research for medical devices and regulated healthcare products
· Actively participate in device program teams to ensure sound human factors principles are considered and implemented.
· Design and execute usability evaluations to secure safe and easy product use.
· Create and communicate project plans, tasks and deliverables and manage time to meet project deadlines. This includes reporting pertinent information at key milestones through clear, concise oral and written communications.
· Draw conclusions and make human factors recommendations based on a variety of technical inputs
· Advise on human factors topics across the organization.
· Participate in efforts to develop process and procedures that align to Baxter initiatives and relevant human factors standards.
· Provide technical supervision to less experienced human factors engineers.

Qualifications
You should have an open mindset, be curious and always seek to expand your knowledge base.
· Demonstrated understanding of User Centered design, human factors principles and application of human factors methods.
· Ability to provide technical leadership for human factors engineering activities.
· Ability to decompose complex problems into the actionable task list
· Strong organization- and communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
· Able to work with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
· MSc degree in Human Factors Engineering or similar, with at least 2-4 years of practical experience.


Valuable skillsets include

· Experience from operating in a regulated environment, preferably in Medical Devices.
· Knowledge of international Human Factors standards (IEC 62366-1, IEC 60601-1-6 etc.) and guidance’s.
· Experience from UX Research, UX Design, Interaction Design or Industrial Design during development of devices or digital applications.

A Design developer´s main role is to evaluate designs before production in one of Tetra Pak production places. As a design developer you are involved in the design creation process, approval of artwork quality and securing that expectations of the printed sample will be met. This includes designs printed with Offset and different Flexo technologies.
In this dynamic position our Market Companies, our Converting Factories and repro suppliers will be your main interfaces as well as customer and customer design agencies.
Tetra Pak is working with easyDesign, which is an ad on program to SAP/R3 for maintaining data and communicating with our customers. Experience in working in other administrative systems such as Illustrator and Photoshop is also required.
Experience in printing is as important as the knowledge of print theories and print quality measuring tools, such as densitometer and spectrophotometer. Proofing knowledge is also seen as beneficial.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Pre-flight and complete full design evaluation of customer artwork files.
Ensure that our printing specification and out of specification process are followed and respected.
Understand customer intent and translate this to repro instruction, maximizing print quality depending on print method, while securing production efficiency by following repro submission guidelines.
Secure design consistency for brand / family designs.
Check that repro has completed the job according to all requirements and verify that customer intent is fulfilled.
Visit customer and agencies to discuss Tetra Pak design and print specifications, sharing best practices to improve overall quality

Who you are
Your educational background is within printing, repro and design technology and you have a graphical education with experience in colour separation and colour management.
Since we are working with continuous improvement using World Class Manufacturing methodology experience and knowledge in WCM is also seen as a benefit.

VAD KOMMER DU ATT ARBETA MED?
Under de tidiga faserna av våra projekt bestäms industridesignen i samarbete mellan vår industridesigngrupp och mekanikkonstruktörerna. För att kunna stötta det ökande antalet projekt inom Axis så behöver vi förstärka vår industridesigngrupp. I den här rollen kommer du både jobba med industridesign men även skapa en del 3D-modeller för mekanikkonstruktörerna att jobba vidare med. Industridesigngruppen jobbar också tillsammans med våra produktchefer för att sätta en roadmap för hur industridesignen ska utvecklas för kommande produkter. Vi försöker fokusera på den totala användarupplevelsen när vi utvecklar och definierar våra produkter och i detta innefattas ofta design research, tidigt prototypande och tester av dessa. I korthet består arbetet bland annat av:

Industridesign
3D-modellering
Diskussioner med konstruktörerna kring utseende, installationsvänlighet, producerbarhet etc.
Det här är en viktig roll för att vi även fortsättningsvis ska kunna lansera en stor mängd projekt varje år med samma stolthet som alltid. I vårt team försöker vi hela tiden pusha produktutvecklingen genom kreativitet och innovation.

I nära samarbete med erfarna industridesigners och produktutvecklare kommer du att medverka till att bygga Axis varumärke och vara delaktig i hela projekten, från skisser till lanserad produkt.
