Alfa Laval i Lund söker en Lagerarbetare till vår avdelning Warehouse frameparts. Avdelningen består av en grupp på 21 personer vars uppgift är att försörja såväl den interna produktionen som externa kunders behov. Årligen plockar vi 32 000 plockorder, emballerar 7 500 kolli samt avsynar allt inkommande gods. Vi behöver dig med serviceanda och flexibilitet mot våra kunder. Andra viktiga egenskaper är noggrannhet samt ansvarskänsla gentemot kunden och dina arbetskamrater, liksom viljan att utveckla dig själv och gruppen.

Arbetet sker i grupp med god kamratanda. Detta ställer krav på bra samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga såväl inom som utom gruppen. All vår rapportering sker i vårt affärssystem. Våra ledord är Säkerhet, Kvalitet, Leveranssäkerhet och Kostnader.

Arbetstiden är dagtid och tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning.

Som Financial Controller till Forsknings och Utvecklingsenheter för värmeväxlare stödjer du huvudsakligen arbetet i två team. Arbetet omfattar både löpande controlling och projektcontrolling. Det innebär att du får ett brett kontaktnät med olika delar av verksamheten samtidigt som du ingår i vår ekonomiorganisation.

Med din energi och kompetens stödjer och leder du verksamhetsansvariga och projektledare i finansiella frågor. Du kommer att:
* leda prognosarbetet för verksamheten och deras projekt
* analysera och ifrågasätta prognosen samt säkra boksluten
* koordinera även globalt prognosarbetet och uppföljningen av resultatet för övriga sajter med utvecklingsenheter för värmeväxlare
* delta i arbetet med administrationen av projekten i våra system
* vara partner i arbetet med att finna extern finansiering av projekt samt uppföljning och rapportering när så är aktuellt
* delta i ledningsgruppernas arbete.

Det är viktigt att du har mycket goda erfarenheter av att supportera och ifrågasätta, samt att göra ekonomiska analyser, processutveckling och rapportskapande. Vi ser som en självklarhet att du har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och olika BI system samt gärna erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics AX som ERP system. Du skriver och talar engelska obehindrat.

Om jobbet

Som svetsingenjör är du en viktig person som supporterar andra delar av organisationen med t.ex. konstruktion och orderhantering inom svetstekniska frågor. Då vi har mycket höga och speciella kundkrav är du en viktig del i att säkerställa att dessa krav följs och förs ut i organisationen. Du blir en nyckelspelare i en verksamhet med höga krav på säkerhet, kvalitet, leverans och kostnad.

Ansvarsområden:
* Säkerställa att vi följer de krav som är kopplade till samtliga våra svetsprocesser enligt ISO 14731.
* Supportera andra avdelningar inom svetstekniska frågor.
* Besvara svetstekniska frågor från kunder, leverantörer och revisorer.
* Granska kundkrav och föreslå lämpliga svetsprocedurer.
* Utarbeta nya svetsprocedurer.
* Administrera förlängning och nyanskaffning av svetsarcertifikat.
* Syna svetsar enligt krav.

Du medverkar i och driver olika projekt, inom svetsteknik i samband med maskininstallationer men även vid förbättringsprojekt samt produktinförande.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är en International Welding Specialist, IWS (IAB-003-2000/EWF-41), gärna med erfarenhet från lasersvetsning samt med kunskaper i syning av svetsar och VT-utbildad enligt ISO 9712. Erfarenhet från krav inom kärnkraftsindustrin, offshore, klassningssällskap samt programmering av svets- och hanteringsrobotar är meriterande. Du är generellt tekniskt kunnig med goda kunskaper i engelska.

Du är mycket intresserad av att lära, samt av att lära ut. Du har lätt för att samarbeta, och förmåga att arbeta självständigt. Som vår svetsingenjör besitter du en hög integritet med mod att utmana och ifrågasätta nuvarande arbetssätt. About the job
In this role you will closely cooperate with our Business Manager in our Lund office, with our Engineering team in Buffalo NY, USA and our local Sales Engineers.
You will be responsible for the analysis of our customer’s requests and the thermal and mechanical design of the heat exchanger designs. You will be coordinating the bid preparation and cost estimation.

You will support our Business Manager in customer meetings globally to present our proposals and drive technology conversion.

You will also have an important role in business development by doing market- and application-research and meeting with companies to move into new industries.

Traveling globally up to around 25 days per year is required.

What you know
Experience in heat transfer design is a plus of course, but more importantly is that you are eager to learn and to learn quickly. You should have proper business understanding and have a good eye for what values your customers are really after. You have the ability to analyse an opportunity quickly and to distinguish main issues from side issues. You are structured, you stick to agreed deadlines and are a true team player. We expect you to challenge people when needed and to propose possible improvements where possible.

You have an engineering degree and are excellent in communicating in English.

About the Job

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Byggprojektledare i vår Facility Management organisation kommer du att planera och leda byggprojekt men även det dagliga underhållet och den löpande förvaltningen. Du ingår i ett team som arbetar med fastighets-, brand- och säkerhetsfrågor.

Uppdragen varierar från utredningar och förstudier inför kommande beslut att ett projekt ska genomföras till att driva beslutade projekt hela vägen fram till överlämnande. På siten i Lund förekommer allt från nybyggnader, tillbyggnader och invändiga ombyggnader av verkstäder och kontor till arbeten på alla yttre ytor och renodlade installationsprojekt.
Blir projekten stora och/eller mer av installationskaraktär, kommer du att bli beställare av externa projektledare och konsulter. I uppdraget ingår också styrning av löpande arbeten som utförs av konsulter och entreprenörer med ramavtal.

Du ska se till att ekonomi och tidplaner följer fastställda beslut. Vi kommer med din hjälp att förtydliga vår byggprocess och öka vår kvalitetssäkring. Förbättringsarbete av vår site är en ständigt pågående process där du ska vara delaktig.

Du kommer ha kontakter med myndigheter, entreprenörer och berörda interna beställare och verksamhetsutövare samt samordna med förekommande angränsande projekt inom verkstäderna.

Alla projekt ska utföras på ett planerat och säkert sätt. Arbetsmiljö för de som utför arbeten och för de som skall förvalta och driva anläggningen är mycket viktigt. För att klara detta krävs strukturerat arbetssätt.
 

Din profil
Vi tror att du har 4 - 6 års yrkeserfarenhet från entreprenadbranschen inom bygg/installationer och projektledning. Du har förmåga att affärsmässigt bedöma genomförande av projekt samt hantera investerings- och kostnadsbedömningar. Du är en god ledare, driven i ditt arbete och vill ständigt utveckla och förbättra samarbetet med kunder, entreprenörer och underleverantörer. I en komplex miljö med många intressenter ser vi att du även kan kommunicera och informera detta på engelska.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av bygg/installations- och infrastrukturprojekt i pågående operativ drift med höga krav på säkerhet kommer att vara en mycket stark merit. Vi tycker också det är viktigt att vi trivs tillsammans på jobbet och lägger därför stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.

God kännedom om PBL, BBR, AMA, AB, KA, ABT, BAS P/U är meriterande, entreprenadbesiktning samt dokumenterad utbildning för Projektledning är önskvärt.

B-körkort och god datorvana är ett krav för tjänsten.

Om jobbet

Vi söker nu svetsare med flexibilitet till montage. Arbetsuppgifterna är montering av medel- och stora PHE samt svetsning  med Tig, Mig/Mag och Bågsvetsning. Vi arbetar i rostfritt, tittan hasteloy och andra exotiska material.

Montaget är slutsteget i vår tillverkning och egenskaper som serviceanda och kundfokus är därför en förutsättning.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har praktisk-teknisk gymnasieutbildning eller liknande och några års arbetslivserfarenhet av svetsning. Du är intresserad av att jobba med produktion och ständigt förbättringsarbete. Vidare är grundläggande datorvana och förmåga att förstå engelska ett krav. I vårt produktionssystem ALPS ingår du som en naturlig del i arbetet med förbättringar, 5S och standardiserat arbetssätt. Du skall vara serviceinriktad, ha modet att förändra och vara delaktig i att ständigt utmana och förbättra våra processer.

Vad du kan

Då vi har höga kvalitetskrav, förutsätter vi att du är noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten. Vi ser även att du är en flexibel person som har lätt att jobba både enskilt och i grupp. Gruppen består idag utav 8 personer och det är därför ett krav du kan jobba i team och av att ditt arbete präglas av bra samarbete och högt säkerhetstänk.
