About The Job



You will be sitting within DC Lund organization, which is responsible for source, store, assemble and supply spare parts for gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers

We distribute to our Sales Companies, Channels, End Customers and Distribution Centers. We process more than 75000 order lines per year and are constantly working to improve our services. We work closely with the BU's, main suppliers, product center and sales companies to make sure we deliver according to expectations.



Your Responsibilities

* Support the warehouse team in developing the best way to work operationally utilizing optimal functionality of our logistics IT systems (WMS, ERP, TMS etc.), problem analysis and to drive continuously improvements together with our central team.
* Responsible for the descriptions of the processes and procedures and assistance in introducing these procedures.
* Be the "owner" of the configuration between d365 and ASTRO as well as the TMS.
* Key user in WMS (ASTRO) to supporting warehouse team in daily operations, informing and educating the team to manage more
* Responsible for leading IS projects on a local level in case of a new implementation, with the support of our corporate and other local or global project team members.
* Support the warehouse team and assist in UATs
* Training of DC Lund team in IT systems
* Key user and member of the key user community





What you know

* Warehouse experience >5 years
* IT and/or logistics related studies or adequate experience in an IT-related logistics environment.
* Experience in autonomous administration and set-up of IT applications.
* Knowledge of and/or affinity with logistics processes and applications, automation information systems.
* Experience as an Application Support and any WMS / TMS implementation is a pro.
* Experience of working in ASTRO and d365 is a pro.
* Experience of working with BI-tools is a pro.
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish (verbal and written).

Who is your future team?
This is an opportunity to be part of creating and shaping a new team at Axis. The team will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing the In-house prototyping production of R&D's PCBA's. What you'll do here as Material handler and production support technician
Your main responsibility would be to support the PCBA prototyping team in their daily activities. You will work both with material receiving, handling and setting it up for production as well as with simple manufacturing related activities around the PCBA prototyping process.

Your key responsibilities are:

* Managing electronic components and materials based on BOMs and project needs
* Receiving, inspecting, and storing materials in compliance with ESD and quality standards
* Prepare and kit materials for production, ensuring timely delivery to workstations
* Loading reels onto feeders and performing validation of production setup
* Supporting production activities including rework, x-ray inspection, panel separation and basic assembly tasks
* Contributing to continuous improvement in material flow, storage, and logistics processes

We are looking for an Analytical Demand Planner to join our team. The Parts Distribution and Logistics (PDL) division at Alfa Laval is responsible for managing the global distribution center network, which sources and provides parts to customers, service organizations, and manufacturing centers.



As an Analytical Demand Planner, you will be a valuable member of the Global Spare Parts Planning Team. Your responsibilities will include:



* Collaborating with Business Units and Distribution Centers through the S&OP; planning process to facilitate and optimize end-to-end demand planning to achieve high service levels for customers.
* Proactively assessing and analyzing demand patterns to ensure high accuracy of Demand Forecast to support well informed business decisions.
* Follow up on different Demand KPI's and analyzing gaps.
* Follow up and analyzing global demand, where are we delivering what types of products.

About the job

We offer an interesting job opportunity within the Business Unit Electrolyzer and Fuel cell Technology (BU-EFT) for you who enjoy working with key customers in a global market. You will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Head of R&D for Electrolyzer and Fuel Cell Technologies.

As a Thermal Specialist, you will work with development of heat exchangers and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems in an international context.

You will work mainly with thermal clean technologies in project form in very close cooperation with our Development engineers, Application Specialists and Laboratory Technicians. In addition, you will interact with other Thermal Specialists as well as key customers.



Your main responsibility area will be the Thermal simulation (CFD) and thermal design of the heat exchanger and other thermal components for the electrolyzer and fuel cell systems where thermal prognosis, calculation, simulation and validation of the product towards the application and thermal requirements are important activities.



Key tasks:

Participate in development projects as part of a cross-functional project team where the thermal aspects will be your responsibility area.

Thermal prognosis, calculations and analysis, CFD simulations, thermal test specification, evaluations and problem solving are typical tasks and will be part of your everyday activities.

Services Supply Network within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement the best fit supply process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As part of this organisation, Services Supply Network Europe works to secure the service level to our European customers and that our delivery meets our customer requests.
Our warehouse in Lund consists of approximately 100 persons divided into four teams. One team is working in the receiving area and the other three in the outgoing area. We are the main supplier of spare parts to our filling equipment spread all over the world. The role of the department is to perform and improve the physical distribution of the spare parts. We work to deliver in full, on time, error free and without damage.
We are looking for a Shift leader who will have the responsibility of leading the shift connected to all operational tasks securing delivery in time. You will be the first point of contact for your shift and will take needed decisions on operations, with the support from you manager.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Manager Outbound Logistics. This is a permanent position.
What you will do
As Shift leader, you will:
Secure daily operations in line with local and global requirements & regulations including on time in full deliveries?
Lead continuous improvement, standardization and operational excellence in terms of service, quality and efficiency, including equipment performance & maintenance?
Participate and promote the implementation and adoption of digital tools and automation
Participate in warehouse projects including expansions, layout changes etc.
Secure full adoption and strict adherence to OHS standards by all employees at all times within shift
Drive the reduction of outbound discrepancies within shift
Experience the challenge of a leadership role with responsibility and opportunities to impact our operations within the outbound area

We believe you have
Good leadership skills with experience as an informal leader, preferrable leading blue-collars and working within a production environment
Good communication skills and you can easily interact with other people
You are a team player with result orientation and customer focus
Strong analytical skills which are accompanied with IT skills (like Power BI programming
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

Regularly visit and provide support and education to Expert Network Workshops

Assist KB workshops and fleet partners with their first installation of retro-fit products
Supply frequent feedback of market status and identified opportunities within the Nordic countries

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent work experience
3-5 years work experience of professional technical and systems experience in a comparable environment, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle Industry within the field of Air Braking Systems
Driving license
Swedish and English written and spoken
Danish, German, Finish and Norwegian are meritorious

Om Bepps

Bepps grundades 1974 och är ett familjeföretag. Vi har vår butik och verkstad i Lund och sysselsätter idag ca 20 personer. I butiken finns ett stort urval produkter från samtliga våra leverantörer och det som inte finns hemma går att beställa. På verkstaden servar och reparerar vi, förutom våra egna varumärken, de flesta kvalitetsprodukterna på marknaden.

Arbetsbeskrivning

För en nyinrättad roll hos oss på Bepps rekryterar vi nu en Verkstadskoordinator. I denna roll kommer du vara bryggan mellan vår kundmottagning och vår verkstad med framförallt planering och koordination av mekanikernas dagliga arbetsuppgifter. Ditt primära ansvar blir därför att leda och fördela verkstadsuppdrag såsom service av maskiner, garantiåtaganden och även mer akuta uppdrag som behöver åtgärdas omgående. I detta är du vår nyckelperson som prioriterar och fördelar allt flöde genom företaget, där du fokuserar på att effektivisera och slutföra våra verkstadsuppdrag efter våra uppsatta mål. Du bistår även mekanikerna i till exempel inköp av reservdelar och andra förbrukningsinventarier och förbrukningsmateriel. Du kommer även arbeta med att bygga upp och organisera vår funktion för hantering av serviceavtal. Arbetet växlar mellan administration och mer praktiskt arbete. Vi använder oss av affärssystemet FDT. Arbetstiden är förlagd till dagtid 7:00-16.00.

Profil

Vi söker dig som är praktiskt lagd och har teknisk förståelse, men som dessutom är extra duktig på planering och ser till att saker och ting blir slutförda. Möjligtvis arbetar du idag i en funktion där planering är en stor del av ditt ansvar. Gärna med ett flöde med tillhörande utmaningar som det vi har på Bepps. Du är duktig på att entusiasmera din omgivning för att på så sätt skapa väl fungerande team. Du har ständigt kundens bästa som fokus och kan därför ibland trolla och lösa utmaningar som egentligen ingen trodde var möjligt. Har du en bakgrund som mekaniker är detta meriterande men inget krav. Däremot krävs det att du har tillräcklig teknisk förståelse för att kunna planera och prioritera på rätt sätt. Du får inte vara rädd för att när så krävs hjälpa våra mekaniker med till exempel akuta uppdrag. Kan du dessutom lära dig att byta startsnöre på en gräsklippare efter en relativt kort upplärning har du goda förutsättningar i denna tjänst. Du är en van användare av affärssystem samt har allmänt lätt för datorer och IT. God svenska i tal och skrift samt teknisk engelska i dokumentationsform är ett krav. Körkort B är ett krav.

Om tjänsten
Vi söker nu en sektionsledare till en av våra kunder i Lund.

Som sektionsledare blir du ansvarig för att, tillsammans med ditt team, ge teknisk support till projekt med hjälp av maskiner och utrustning i en nybyggd mekanisk verkstad. Du kommer även ha kontakten med externa leverantörer. Mycket fokus ligger även på installationer som förekommer på byggarbetsplatsen.
Arbetstiderna är förlagt på dagtid med start enligt överenskommelse.

Din profil
Du som söker bör ha följande profil:

Du kommer att vara med och kontinuerligt mäta och följa upp arbetet i produktionen. Därtill skapar och kvalitetssäkrar du våra rutiner och processer. I tjänsten ingår även inköp och planering av produktion, kapacitet och tillgängliga resurser.
