In this position, you will lead the design and integration of our core supply chain processes - e.g., Forecast-to-plan, Order-to-Deliver, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce - ensuring that the business perspective and end-to-end design are anchored in all major program decisions.

You will guide process leads, aligning functions, and securing a coherent operational and end-to-end design throughout the program and coming years. Joining early in the program gives you a unique opportunity to influence direction and build the team from start.

Who is your future team?
Operations is the part of Axis' organization that is responsible for the supply and distribution of our products. We are also the link between Axis R&D and our global market, working with industrialization of new products. This includes e.g., Purchasing, Order Handling, Production, Sourcing, Production Preparation, Sales & Operations Planning, Quality & Environment, and Logistics. We define our end-to-end supply chain as "n" tier supplier all the way to our end customers.

Today we are closer to 500 people working within Operations. Based in Lund, we interact with other Axis departments and a worldwide network of customers, distributors, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and our configuration and logistics centers.

In this role you are part of our Operations Development organization. We are divided into four areas of responsibility: Analytics and BI, Cross functional projects & system, Innovation and Digital transformation. You will work closely with many of our colleagues in Operations Development, but especially with Business Product Owners for our ERP system and other surrounding systems, and our Business Solution Architects. As for all colleagues in Operations Development, you will as well work closely and collaborate daily with functional teams and our IT organization.

You will report to the Director of Operations Development and Digitalization.

Key responsibilities as Supply Chain Transformation Lead, ERP program:

* Lead the end-to-end supply chain design workstream within the ERP program.
* Accountable for final sign-off of the end-to-end supply chain process design in the ERP program, based on signoffs from and in close collaboration with respective process leads.
* Lead, coordinate and support process leads and subject matter experts from Operations.
* Ensure that decisions and progress are aligned across processes, functions and steering groups.
* Act as main counterpart to the ERP Head Architect, Head Data Lead, and potential implementation partners.
* Secure that process integrations, dependencies, and responsibilities are clearly understood across relevant stakeholders.
* Support and actively drive change management, communication, and training throughout the program.
* Align with and actively contribute to the overall end-to-end supply chain vision.
* Represent Operations in ERP design and governance forums.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a minimum B.Sc. but preferably a M.Sc. Your studies were probably focused on Supply Chain Management or another relevant field. You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a global environment.

You have experience and a proven track record of initiating, executing, and completing end-to-end supply chain transformations in a global company. You have successfully done this in the context of process, people and technology - thus you have solid experience from the intersection between supply chain and technology.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, that successfully can lead both project teams, process leaders, and Subject Matter Experts. You are excellent at cross functional collaboration and leadership. You operate seamlessly across strategic, tactical, and operational levels and aren't afraid to dive deep into processes and design when needed.

You are ambitious and social - teamwork and collaboration are essential to our success at Axis. In addition, you are structured and analytical. You can work independently but at the same time you successfully collaborate across organizational and cultural borders. You enjoy and excel at developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally.

To be successful in this role you need strong communication skills.

Leda och hantera anläggningsteamet (intendent, kemist, utrustningsingenjörer, tekniker och amanuenser), inklusive att sätta mål, genomföra årliga utvärderingar, prestationshantering och lönesättning i samarbete med laboratoriechefen.

Övervaka och följa upp budget och lager , implementera effektiva inköps- och lagerhanteringssystem.

Omfattande erfarenhet (minst 15 år) av drift, underhåll eller samordning av tekniska eller laboratorieanläggningar, företrädesvis i en forsknings- eller renrumsmiljö.
Dokumenterad förmåga att ta initiativ, koordinera tekniska aktiviteter och stödja kollegor i en komplex och säkerhetskritisk miljö.

What You Will Do

As a sector line manager, you will lead an organization of three subunits, sections. In this role, you will:

What you'll do here?
As manager for this team your main tasks will be to:

* Own and drive the long- and short-term agendas for the team, from strategies to daily planning, and do that both internally at Core Technologies as well as towards and in collaboration with counterparts within and outside Axis.
* Interact with Axis' ASIC, product, and SW development organizations to make sure we understand their requests and they our deliveries, negotiate when needed, find conclusions and solutions together, and find ways forward towards successful results.
* Interact with Axis' suppliers to make sure we are aligned short as well as long term.
* Manage contractual and legal matters that are relevant for analytics hardware.
* Identify and setup projects or activities around new technologies, tasks and requests, make sure the scope and requirements are clear and that each project or activity has sufficient staffing, planning and efficiency.
* Lead the team and individuals in their daily activities, make sure we get the most out of everyone and that they feel support and respect in and for themselves and their tasks. What will you do?
As the Engineering Manager for the AXIS OS System team, you'll lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining system events and Linux frameworks that power AXIS OS. The European Spallation Source has the ambition to become the brightest source of neutrons for science and technology and be operational by the end of this decade. 22 state of the art neutron scattering instruments will be made available to addressing a wide range of scientific fields in fundamental and materials science. We expect to welcome between 2000 and 3000 users per year from both academia and industry.

The Science Directorate oversees the ESS neutron scientific activities with a structure including three Instrument Divisions, the Data Management and Software Center, Sample Environment and Laboratory support groups and the newly created Research Coordination Office.

About the position

The ESS is at an exciting turning point. It is in transition from being a construction site, to being an operating facility. To help us realise our goal of being the most powerful neutron source in the world, we are now in search of a Group Leader for our new Research Coordination Office, which will be in place in early 2024. The office will be a part of the Science Directorate and in the near future be a part of enabling optimum scientific use of the ESS neutron instruments.

The main activities of the Research Coordination Office include:


• User office implementation and running.
• User community development and support.
• Grants implementation and administration.
• Provision of library service including appropriate journal access and development of online and accessible ESS publications archive
• Outreach about science – to scientists, schools and the public – including conference, workshop, symposia and seminar administration.
• PhD programmes including support for recruitment/onboarding/offboarding masters and project students throughout science.
• Industrial liaison activities.

As the Research Coordination Office Group Leader, you will occupy a key position at the ESS and be expected to:


• Manage a team with an emphasis on staff cohesion and efficiency.
• Implement strategy for academic and industrial user access.
• Orient the group’s actions towards high quality of service.
• Contribute to the development of the overall ESS science strategy.
• Promote scientific life throughout the facility.

This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.

About you

We believe that the ideal candidate has a PhD with extensive experience from working at a user facility similar to that of ESS, either in neutron science, x-ray science or similar.

Furthermore, you have leadership experience and abilities, and have successfully built and managed teams in the past. You certainly enjoy collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

You have the ability to start and drive a project forward, staying solution oriented and seeing the big picture even if setbacks occur.

Experience from an international environment and fluency in written and spoken English is required at ESS.

The Transformation organisation’s role is to support the delivery of Strategy 2030 working closely with our business partners and the Strategic Programmes.

We believe you have
You have a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience in a change management orientated role with varied stakeholder level interaction. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with basic Swedish is an advantage.
You should have a good understanding of what it takes to drive change, with the energy and passion to create something new. You are persistent, willing to challenge the status quo and should not be afraid to test new things. You have strong communication skills, and building relationships is something that comes naturally, then you could be exactly what we are looking for. Who is your future team?
Core Technologies Imaging owns and drives the imaging agenda at Axis and makes sure Axis continues to be the world leader (see https://www.axis.com/sv-se/technologies/lightfinder). We are responsible for the development of the image processing architecture and algorithms, and for the implementation of those in HW and SW. We are also responsible for the camera image sensor and optics components and technologies, supplier interaction and evaluation and recommendations for Axis products. Furthermore the team is a competence center for the R&D organization in areas of image processing, sensor and optics technologies.

Core Technologies Imaging consists of two teams and we are now looking for a manager for the team responsible for image sensors, optics, and all technologies and activities around these areas. The team is responsible for the collaboration with Axis' suppliers of image sensors and optics, located mainly in US and Asia.

As manager for Core Technologies Imaging Components you will lead a team of 15+ highly skilled engineers ranging from newly graduated to senior expert level. You will work closely with our suppliers, Axis Operations and Axis product development organizations, from short term issues to long term strategies. You will be responsible for technologies that are key to Axis future success.

The role is carried out in close collaboration with the manager for the Core Technologies Imaging team focused on image processing.

What you'll do here?
As manager for this team your main tasks will be to:

* Own and drive the long and short term agendas for the team, from strategies to daily planning, and do that both internally Axis as well as towards and in collaboration with Axis' suppliers.
* Interact with Axis' product development organizations to make sure we understand their requests and they our deliveries, negotiate if needed, conclude and drive the way forward towards successful products.

The Director has the overall responsibility and leadership for the management, operation and strategic planning of the MAX IV laboratory.

The Director reports to the laboratory’s board.

The Director shall provide the overall leadership and management for, and the control of, the laboratory. Max IV Director shall also ensure that MAX IV delivers according to its strategic plan. Good communication within the laboratory is essential, as well as communication with universities and other stakeholders. The Director, shall together with the management team, develop the mission, vision and goals for MAX IV and ensure that strategic and operational plans are communicated, implemented and understood throughout the laboratory. It is important to ensure proper staff management to attract and retain capable staff. About The Cultural Transformation Movement and Project
Co-financed by the European Commission and led by the network Trans Europe Halles (TEH), The Cultural Transformation Movement Project (CTMP) is a four-year process that aims to diversify artistic production and its destination– starting from within the organisation itself. This will be achieved through generating and implementing strategies and methodologies of cultural management and creation processes developed with/by under-represented communities (URCs). The project is led by TEH with its four members who are multidisciplinary art centres from Ukraine, Italy, Belgium and Austria. This project researches and examines two dimensions, one within and the other around the partner centres/organisations. and questions the relationship between just art-making, policymaking, the context and the resulting art forms.
The Cultural Transformation Movement project (CTMP) is the first project of the Cultural Transformation Movement (CTM). The movement is a larger working group of TEH members who are investing in the topics of social and spatial justice, and who have the ambition to reduce inequalities and inspire the European cultural sector on how to transform the organisations from within, in equal partnership with the under-represented communities around them.
CTMP is a key strategic project for TEH and its success will determine a crucial area of work for the network: social and spatial sustainability.


Required Qualifications and skills
? Strong commitment to human rights and social justice.
? PhD in Cultural Studies, Gender Studies, Ethnic Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Management of organisations, economic and social geography or any relevant discipline, showing a strong research focus on culture and diversity.
? Advanced project management experience, especially in scope management, time and quality management, communication and stakeholders' management.
? Advanced experience in designing and conducting research collaboratively, especially with grassroots organizations and under-represented communities.
? Advanced experience of medium to large scale EU projects such as Creative Europe and/or Horizon, preferably with a focus on diversity.
? Good knowledge of the European cultural sector.
? Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
As the project manager of the Cultural Transformation Movement Project (CTMP), you will:
? Be responsible for the successful delivery of the CTMP
? Develop and manage a detailed project plan in cooperation with the consortium members.
? Coordinate the CTMP consortium.
? Be responsible for the quality control of all project deliverables submitted by the consortium members and other project stakeholders.
? Collaborate with TEH financial team to develop and submit the required technical and financial reports to the project funders.
? Manage the project expenses and report to the financial manager, as well as coordinate with the project manager and financial managers of partner organisations.

The AXIS OS Development unit

What you'll do here as Project Manager?

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

What you'll do here as Project Manager?
As a Project Manager in this role, you will lead software development projects ranging all the way from idea, to execution and deployment. There will be two main areas:

* Managing the release program, that is, planning the releases of our production firmware in sync with the main software platform of Axis
* Developing pure software features that can be deployed in many different Axis products.

You will belong to the pan- tilt- zoom camera team but you will have a wide network of stakeholders all over the organization. These types of projects will require a big portion of setting up the requirements together with the orderer and finetune them as the project goes along. You will plan the project together with your project team and manage demos and steering group meetings at regular intervals. The release program, on the other hand, will be more of a repetitive work where you will sync different teams' deliveries to a certain release.

The role entails a great responsibility where you as Project Manager are responsible for the entire project, with support from steering group. At the same time, you need to engage and interact with all project members in order to understand their challenges and part of your project.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to the firmware team at New Business, developing our Audio Manager Edge in Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team?
The team consists of more than 10 engineers working in two agile teams. Their way of working is open-minded and offers flexibility as well as strong ownership. The focus is to deliver all firmware for the AAM Edge application that is delivered in all Axis Network speakers.

The team is responsible for all firmware phases of the product area: architecture, design, implementation, maintenance and trouble shooting. The team also have the responsibility to evaluate new technologies and ideas for future products. The team works with frameworks and techniques such as C, Linux, Git/Gerrit, MQTT, JSON RESTful API and Rust.

The role is carried out in close collaboration with the management that is responsible for the development of the complete Axis Audio Solution.

What you'll do here as Engineering Manager?
As an Engineering Manager you will be leading the team in both strategic and operational parts. You will be part of a management team within the Audio Solution R&D organization and develop our products and the way we work.

The main tasks include:

* Develop, lead and support your team and your team members
* Collaborate with other teams within R&D to drive technology development
* Identify new opportunities based on our customers' feedback and market research
* Work very close to the projects and make sure that the team delivers in an efficient and positive way.

Internationella miljöinstitutet (IIIEE) inrättades 1994 som en internationell centrumbildning inom Lunds universitet med målet att ta sig an komplexa miljöfrågor. Föreståndare för IIIEE kombinerat med ett tillsvidareförordnande vid institutet.

Tjänsten är ett tillsvidareförordnande vari det ingår ett treårigt uppdrag som föreståndare och prefekt. Uppdraget som föreståndare och prefekt kan förlängas med ytterligare tre år om båda parterna samtycker. Tillsvidareförordnandet är en administrativ tjänst vid tillsättningen men den ska kombineras med en överenskommen meriteringsväg till en tjänst som universitetslektor eller professor. Lämplig meriteringsväg ska överenskommas med styrelsens ordförande.

Innehavaren av tjänsten kan förväntas ha behörighet för anställning som universitetslektor eller professor eller motsvarande. Den framgångsrika kandidaten har starka kunskaper i engelska och bör kunna så pass goda kunskaper i svenska att det fungerar som arbetsspråk i de situationer där så behövs.

Axis is on a journey where analytics services, applications and solutions have an increased business and technical focus in our world class product portfolio. We are now looking for our next Engineering Manager to the Core Software Analytics team, within Axis Safe City and Analytic Solution Organization!

Your future team
Today the Core Software Analytics Team is being created with a mix of highly skilled engineers from its sister software analytics teams and with new members being recruited. It will work closely with the other analytics teams, not only within its own department but globally with all of Axis analytics teams in R&D as well as with pilot customers and product managers.

The mission is to strengthen Axis analytics offerings and analytic development setup and to coordinate, align and contribute to Axis analytic journey ahead at an operational but also strategic level.

Your role
You will contribute to Axis Analytic journey ahead by taking an active role in developing Axis Analytic embedded products on edge and to enhance and improve the Analytic development tool chain.

As Engineering Manager for Core Software Analytics, you are responsible for managing and developing a growing Software Analytics team consisting of highly skilled Software and Analytics developers, architects and experts organized in efficient DevOps teams.

You will also cooperate, coordinate and work strategically in a cross organizational team consisting of Software Analytic Managers, managers of technology development in Analytics area, and product management. As an engineering manager of the team you will be directly responsible for working with the Safe City & Analytics Solution management team as well as with your team of direct reports.

Som utvecklingschef i detta team har du en viktig roll i samtliga delar av utvecklingsprocessen. MAX IV is a Swedish national large-scale research laboratory hosted by Lund University. It provides scientists from Sweden as well as internationally, with state-of-the-art instrumentation for research in areas such as engineering, physics, structural biology, chemistry and nanotechnology. Fully developed it will receive more than 2 000 scientists annually, conducting ground-breaking experiments in materials and life sciences using the brilliant X-ray light.



The MAX IV Science Division is primarily responsible for planning and carrying out the scientific program at MAX IV, including building, commissioning and operating beamlines and other state-of-the-art instrumentation, supporting the MAX IV user community in their use, and conducting in-house research.

The MAX IV Science Division, consisting of about 140 people at present, is led by two science directors, one specializing in the physical and one in the life sciences. The science directors report directly to the MAX IV Director.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to lead the physical sciences program at MAX IV. This is a permanent position as researcher at Lund University with a renewable 5-year assignment as MAX IV Physical Sciences Director.

Duties
• Develop the long-range scientific strategy for MAX IV in concert with the MAX IV Director and leadership team
• Contribute to strategic decision processes as a senior member of the MAX IV leadership team
• Manage 7-8 groups responsible for carrying out physical sciences aspects of the scientific mission if MAX IV, specifically, its beamline user and in-house research programs
• Strengthen existing and establish new collaborations with Swedish and other universities, laboratories, and industries.
• Develop leadership and career growth opportunities among the science division staff

Qualifications
• Internationally recognized scientist with a strong network in one or more fields of physical science and synchrotron radiation research at the international level
• At last 10 years leadership experience managing teams of scientists in a laboratory environment
• PhD degree in natural science, engineering or a related area with own experience of synchrotron-based research
• Experience as a principal investigator in major science funding applications
• Experience building and operating state of-the-art synchrotron instrumentation
• Fluency in English, oral and written

Merits
• Leadership experience at the senior management level at a synchrotron radiation user facility
• Scientific network in Sweden and experience with Swedish and/or EU funding applications
• Talent and interest in communicating scientific research to both experts and the public
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language, oral and written

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Skånes universitetssjukvård söker nu i samband med pensionsavgång en forskningschef som har viljan och förmågan att främja utvecklingen av den kliniska och translationella forskningen samt driva utbildningsfrågor och agera stödjande gentemot den kliniska undervisningen.

Som forskningschef företräder du Sus och avdelning forskning och utbildning på både regional och nationell nivå. Arbetet sker i samverkan med verksamheterna inom Sus och övriga Region Skåne, Södra sjukvårdsregionen, högskolor och universitet, den kommunala vård- och omsorgen samt flertalet interna och externa styrgrupper och styrelser inom området forskning och utbildning.

I din roll som forskningschef är du närmsta chef för chefer och specialister inom forskning och utbildning och gentemot dessa har du ett coachande ledarskap där du bidrar till motivation och engagemang.

Arbetet har vidare ett tydligt fokus på utveckling där du exempelvis är delaktig i utveckling av läkarutbildningen vid Lunds universitet och kunskapsstyrning inom evidensbaserad medicin. Du leder arbetet med att stödja våra forskare i deras projekt från start till mål samt driver utveckling av förhållningssätt, arbetssätt och etiska överväganden inom forskning och utbildning. Att agera stödjande och rådgivande gentemot medarbetare, vårdens verksamheter, forskare och olika ledningsfunktioner inom Sus och Region Skåne är ett viktigt område i rollen som forskningschef.

Som forskningschef rapporterar du direkt till Sus förvaltningschef och ingår i förvaltningens ledningsgrupp. Du ingår även i fakultetsledningen vid Medicinska fakulteten på Lunds universitet. Placeringsort är Lund, men resor över hela Skåne och även nationellt är en naturlig del av ditt arbete.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som är trygg i din yrkesroll, har gedigen erfarenhet inom forskning och utbildning och en akademisk titel som docent eller professor. Är du professorskompetent ser vi det som meriterande. Vi värdesätter om du har gedigen erfarenhet av handledning och undervisning och om du idag bedriver aktiv forskning.

Vidare har du högskole- eller universitetsexamen inom hälso- och sjukvård. Du har tidigare chefserfarenhet eller erfarenhet av ledningsarbete och vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta kliniskt inom hälso- och sjukvården.

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen som forskningschef har du en helhetssyn och ett genuint intresse av att genom samverkan och relationsskapande driva frågor inom forskning, utbildning och kunskapsstyrning. Vi värdesätter om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att bygga nationella och internationella samarbeten. Vi söker en chef för enheten Production Systems High Volume inom Production Engineering & Technologies.

Vilka är Production Engineering & Technologies (PET) ?
Production Engineering & Technology är en ny organisation inom Axis och vår uppgift är att säkerställa att vi har effektiva och tillförlitliga produktionssystem på våra kontraktsfabriker runt om i världen. Du kommer att vara med i ett team bestående av talangfulla och dedikerade ingenjörer, projektledare och linjechefer som brinner för att komma med nya idéer, prova dessa, leverera och göra en skillnad för Axis. Arbetet innehåller många tekniska utmaningar och sker i nära samarbete med Axis produktutveckling.

Production Systems High Volume är en nystartad enhet inom Production Engineering & Technologies som säkerställer att volymproduktionen fungerar effektivt på våra kontraktsfabriker. Detta innebär bla säkra kvalité och kapacitet på våra produktionssystem på kontraktsfabrikerna samt support vid uppkomna testrelaterade problem. Enheten har också ansvar för vårt tekniklabb som är en viktig supportfunktion inom PET.

Vad innebär tjänsten?
