Om rollen och dina arbetsuppgifter
Rollen är senior och innebär ett nära samarbete med ledningen för att omsätta kommunstyrelsens prioriteringar till konkret utveckling och förbättring - i linje med kommunkontorets uppdrag att leda, samordna och utveckla hela kommunkoncernen.
I rollen som kommunkontorets övergripande objektledare har du en central roll i att leda, samordna och säkerställa att organisationens digitala lösningar för kommunövergripande stödverksamhet fungerar effektivt och sammanhållet. Du verkar i gränslandet mellan verksamhet, IT och ledning och bidrar till övergripande styrprocesser och verksamhetsutveckling som påverkar alla medarbetare.
En del av uppdraget är att ansvara för utvecklingen av digitala lösningar som stödjer demokratiprocessen samt processer för ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrning. Du ansvarar för att utvecklingen sker i linje med verksamhetens behov, kommunens mål och gällande lagstiftning – med fokus på nytta, kvalitet och användarvänlighet. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och kräver en utpräglad förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta på alla nivåer i organisationen.
I rollen som kommunövergripande objektledare kommer du bland annat att:

About this role:

In this role you will support team of Center of Excellence within AI for the implementation of training programs for generative AI Technologies and make sure they are adopted across the business in productive ways.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop Training Programs: Design and implement training programs focused on generative AI technologies, ensuring that employees understand the basics, benefits, and applications of generative AI.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of generative AI across the organization. This includes developing change management plans, conducting impact assessments, and providing ongoing support to employees.

What you'll do here as Industrialization Engineer?

In this role, you will be involved in product development projects from early stages through to volume production. You will collaborate closely with both engineers and contract manufacturers to guide and steer the best possible manufacturing setups for our products. You are a specialist within SMT/PCB Assembly production and related areas, with 5+ years of relevant work experience, including firsthand experience from production environments. You understand the impact of specific components and packages on both electrical and production process issues, including footprint/solderpaste design.

We believe you are very familiar with production equipment and know how to use it. You are analytical and can write instructions and processes. Sharing your knowledge is important to you, as is giving training both internally and externally.

What will you do as Technical Training Engineer?

Together with the Technical Training and Content Development Team, your main responsibility is to transfer technical knowledge on our products and solutions to internal sales and technical teams. What you'll do here as an Global Sales Engineer?
As an Global Sales Engineer in the End-to-End Solutions Knowledge Management team you will work in a small but engaged team who have solution knowledge associated with the AXIS Camera Station Solution. This role will specifically have a focus on partners developing solutions that are integrated using our API. The main responsibilities are:

-Maintain the network of development partners which includes vetting and gatekeeping access to the API.
-Understand the partners use case and based on these propose how to integrate with the End-to-End Solutions.
-Be responsible for developing and making available documentation used to help partners understand how to integrate our solutions.
-Be the interface to R&D regarding API development and support.
- Be the main responsible person when assisting the Regional Sales Engineers in E2E integration projects.

Expectations on the Integration Specialist for E2E
The Integration Specialist for E2E is expected to build the deepest technical competence associated with the API used to integrate the solution.
You will be expected to contribute with expert knowledge in all phases of the sales and support cycle. The main focus is in pre-sales phases when partners/end-customers are developing integrations to the E2E solutions but you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with strategic development partners. You will also be expected to give feedback to R&D how APIs are used by partners and what documentation that is needed.
You will act proactively as a technical expert, sharing knowledge and supporting different functions in the organization. With this expertise you will develop documentation, training, presentations and similar material when appropriate.

Who are we looking for?
You have a technical interest and natural system solution thinking. You have good communication and networking skills and are senior enough to be comfortable in taking decisions. You are also business oriented and have a good understanding of project sales cycle.
You have relevant (Bachelor's or Master's) degree or similar and more than 5 years' experience within system engineering and at least some years with customer relations. It is of great value if you have technical knowledge and experience from working with Axis video management systems, Windows OS, virtualization, cloud solutions and computer networks. You also have documented work with system solutions close to end customers.
You have social skills and the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment where you collaborate with remote colleagues. You enjoy a high pace, comfortable with having multiple activities going on in parallel and context switching. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. Furthermore, we believe you have:

-A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
-An excellent understanding of Axis' products and services.
-Excellent English skills, written and verbal.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

- Framtagande av Al-baserade epidemiologiska utfallsmått på befintlig registerdata.
- Testa mervärdet av maskininlärning jämfört med traditionell statistik avseende utfall efter diagnostik för misstänkt ischemisk hjärtsjukdom.
- Al-baserad hantering och strukturering av registerdata.

Kvalifikationer
Krav för anställningen är:

- Utbildning på högskole -/ universitetsnivå inom bioinformatik.
- Kunskap och erfarenhet från arbete med artificiell intelligens och maskininlärning.

Meriterande för anställningen är:

- Magisterexamen
- Utbildning inom medicinsk vetenskap
- Erfarenhet av programmering i Python

What you'll do here as Helpdesk Administrator:
As a Helpdesk Administrator you will play an important role in supporting the organization with a highly available, reliable and secure infrastructure. You should have an interest in continuously improve the infrastructure as well as how we work.

About the job

The overall mission for Global Sourcing Office is to secure development of the sourcing and procurement people, processes and tools to capture the value in our supply chains. Arbetet som Incident och Problem manager innebär bland annat att:

• Leda och utveckla processer: Ansvara för att utveckla, implementera och underhålla incident- och problemprocesser enligt ITIL4. Övervaka och säkerställa att befintliga processer är väl fungerande. Driva effektivisering av processerna.

• Incidenthantering: Övervaka och följa upp IT och MT-incidenter för att säkerställa snabb återställning av tjänster samt minimera påverkan på verksamheten. Vid behov koordinera och sammankalla resurser i det enskilda ärendet, inklusive leverantörer. Vara kontakt- och eskaleringsperson för processerna.

• Problemhantering: Identifiera grundorsaker till återkommande problem och initiera åtgärder för att förebygga framtida incidenter. Koordinera utredning och åtgärd av problemärenden.

• Samarbeta och kommunicera: Arbeta nära Region Skånes supportteam och verksamhetens intressenter för att säkerställa effektiv kommunikation och lösningar. Underlätta, koordinera och stötta medarbetare i det dagliga processarbetet, dvs att ärenden identifieras, registreras, tilldelas, eskaleras och åtgärdas. Utbilda nya medarbetare i processerna.

• Rapportera och analysera: Utarbeta regelbundna rapporter om incident- och problemhantering, samt analysera trender för att förbättra framtida processer.

Du arbetar operativt inom Incident och Problem och du kommer att spela en avgörande roll i att driva våra stödprocesser framåt för att uppnå en effektiv och värdeskapande tjänsteleverans. KVALIFIKATIONER

Du har en gedigen erfarenhet av processledning inom IT med särskilt fokus på incident- och problemhantering i större organisationer. Därtill har du arbetat operativt vid större IT-incidenter och har god kunskap kring rapportering och statistik. Vidare har du tidigare arbetat med och har god kännedom av ITSM-stödverktyg. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift är en förutsättning för att lyckas väl i den här rollen. Det anses meriterande om du är certifierad i ITIL 4 och har tidigare arbetat i ServiceNow.

What you'll do here as a Product Specialist

Forskargruppen består av såväl forskare som doktorander, posdoktorer, forskningssköterskor, datamanager, adjunkter samt flertalet studenter på masternivå.

Inom forskargruppen pågår studier som syftar till ökad kunskap om hur samverkan mellan våra gener, livsstil, kroppsform påverkar bröstcancerrisk samt hur samverkan mellan dessa faktorer, tumör och tumörmarkörer är kopplade till prognos i olika behandlingsgrupper av bröstcancerpatienter.
Vi använder ett integrerat synsätt där vi kombinerar information från enkäter, kroppsmått, tumörvävnad, blodprover, genotyper, journal med register för optimal uppföljning. Vi använder både publika databaser egna kohorter och mekanistiska studier för att belysa om de samband vi finner i patientmaterialen har en kausal koppling till exponeringen. Data från både egna och publika kohorter används och analyseras med statistiska och bioinformatiska metoder.
Vi har tidigare rapporterat om hur vanliga livsstilsfaktorer som kaffe, rökning och alkohol är kopplat till bröstcancerprognos i olika behandlingsgrupper, men mer forskning kvävs.
Inom gruppen bedrivs också vidareutbildningskurser för läkare, sjuksköterskor och röntgensjuksköterskor inom strålbehandling och i allmän onkologi.
På melanomsidan görs liknande studier.

- OpenVMS serverhantering, både hårdvara och mjukvara.
- Arbete med databaserna för BCBlod, Delay samt MISS och i dessa ingående variabler samt uppbyggnad av kodsystem samt kodning av läkemedel.
- Arbete i program så som SPSS och Microsoft Office. Det kan även förekomma att man snabbt behöver sätta sig in i andra programpaket.

Arbetsuppgifterna inom tjänsten kommer att förläggas både på Kampradhuset samt i Wigerthuset.

Kvalifikationer
Krav för anställningen är:

- Utbildning inom systemvetenskap, datalogi och statistik på universitetsnivå.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta som systemadministratör av Open VMS server samt IT-support.
- Mycket god kännedom om uppbyggnad av de stora databaserna inom BCBlodstudien, Delay, MISS-kohorten mfl. och hur de olika variablerna är kodade.
- Kunna extrahera variabler för studier och matcha data mot olika register.
- God erfarenhet av databashantering i bla SPSS, Microsoft Office.

Who is your future team?
The department contains of two teams responsible for their respectively IT systems supporting the company's products, services, and related processes. * Together with system developers design, implement, deploy, and mature Key & Certificate Management Services to support secure machine identity mechanisms across Axis Communications Cloud and On-Prem environments as well as API integrations with current or net new solutions.
* Define the Axis' internal PKI infrastructure including Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), CA services, integration support, and required documentation.
* Be a subject matter expert for all matters related to Cryptography, Key and Certificate Management at Axis.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in Information Security roles responsible for implementation and administration of Data security, authentication mechanisms, and secure communications.
* 2-3+ years working specifically with PKI/Certificate Services, Digital Signatures, Encryption & Key Management.
* Experience both On-Prem and Cloud-based Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), or other cryptographic hardware.
* Functional knowledge and understanding of applicable protocols and Standards including ACME, KMIP, SSL/TLS, SSH, CMP, CRL/OCSP, PKI and PKCS standards (PKCS #5, #7, #8, #10, #11, and #12).
* Strong English writing skills and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
* Proven ability to present complex data in a visual format that is intuitive to clients.
